Custom pricing solutions

For any size of business, from small sole proprietors to large corporations.

How it works

Because every business is different, I can’t give you an exact price until I poke around in your books and get to know the way your business operates. What I can do is give you a quote and begin our introductory period (two months) at that price. At the end of the two months I will reevaluate your monthly price and services to make sure they’re optimal for us both. The prices below reflect the minimum charge only so that you can get an idea of what bookkeeping might cost you. Most bookkeepers don’t offer this starting point because pricing can get very complicated, but I want you to be able to budget for your business!

The tiers are only estimates and I recognize your business may not fit neatly into these categories. You and I will determine the right services and monthly price for you!

Additional services

Some services are charged as a one-time separate fee (not part of your monthly fee). That’s because these services end up being their own side project and take a large chunk of time. Half of the estimated fee will be due before work begins. Your ending fee may be more or less than predicted but I will keep you in the loop along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you submit the new client quote form I will be in touch with you to schedule a meeting so that we can sit down together and customize your bookkeeping plan and monthly quote.

Just ask! There are many tasks that fall under a bookkeeper’s umbrella hat. If I can’t accommodate you, I personally know a great CPA who likely can.

At this time, no, but I do plan to provide this service in the future after I earn my EA. I can help you get set up to send everything over to your tax preparer, though!

That can be arranged, just ask!

I require monthly payments at the beginning of each month. For one-time services I require the full amount paid up front.

There are many situations that affect what rate I need to charge and they all come down to time spent. For example, a company with multiple financial accounts is going to require more bookkeeping tasks than a company with simply one checking account and one savings account.
